This robust and versatile heavy duty shelving comes in a wide range of sizes and each shelf has a load capacity of up to 1000kg UDL, making it suitable for almost all non-palletised goods. Frame sizes range from 2000mm to 5000mm in height and from 400mm to 1200mm deep. Beams are 950mm to 2700mm long and we also stock all necessary chipboard decks and support bars to ensure a strong and stable storage system. Beam locks, fixing bolts and levelling plates (shims) are all supplied as standard.

If you have boxes of stock or other non-palletised items to store in your warehouse, there are a number of heavy duty shelving options for you to consider.

Our longspan shelving is always a very popular hand loaded storage option due to its strength, simplicity and versatility. Whether you need a small single bay to fit in a spare corner or multiple runs of five metre high archive storage, we can find a solution for you using this shelving system. Simply let us know the dimension of the space you need to fill, and the size of the items you will be storing, and we will help you to plan a layout that makes best use of your storage capabilities.

This warehouse storage system comes with everything you need. The upright frames are supplied assembled, with footplates attached and including levelling plates and fixing bolts to secure it to a concrete floor. Each shelving level comes with horizontal beams (with beam locks), chipboard shelving and support bars to ensure the maximum load capacity can be achieved. 430kg (uniformly distributed load) is the minimum each shelf will take, making this shelving suitable for almost every hand loaded storage scenario. Drop over steel shelves are available for food storage or where regular cleaning is required, and we can also supply garment rails for this type of shelving.

If you’ve got some really heavy non-palletised items, or just need to add picking levels to your existing bays, we can also supply used pallet racking with timber or wire mesh decking levels that can take up to 3 tonnes (uniformly distributed load).

As well as this, we have a range of bolted and boltless shelving options available for smaller areas, but still with load capacities of up to 400kg.

Used Dexion Racking

If you are looking for great quality used Dexion racking at low prices then we can supply you with exactly what you need. We have huge quantities in stock, in a wide variety of sizes and duties to suit all warehouse storage requirements.

We have heavy duty upright frames available in all heights from 2000mm to 10000mm. Frames can be braced to standard 900mm or 1100mm depths and older, imperial measurements such as 914mm (3 foot) or 1067mm (3ft 6in) can also be supplied on request.

We have thousands of beams at 2700mm long, with a load capacity of 2 tonnes UDL. This is by far the most requested size and is suitable for both uk pallets and euro pallets. We have many other beam sizes available and can always find a suitable solution for any pallet storage requirements.

If you need to use some or all of your used pallet racking as hand loaded shelving, we can also supply open or close boarded timber decking. We can even supply decking to span runs of back to back warehouse racking for use as carpet racking.

To complete your used racking installation, column guards and barriers are a relatively cheap way of preventing potentially expensive damage to your pallet racking. We always have these in stock and they are supplied with fixing bolts as standard.

Used Redirack industrial racking

Redirack is one of the most popular manufacturers of warehouse storage systems and we have huge stock of used Redirack pallet racking currently available.

2700mm beams can be paired with 1100mm deep frames to store three euro pallets on a level or with 900mm deep frames to store two uk pallets on a level. 2250mm beams are used with 1100mm deep frames to store two uk pallets on a level.

Pallet racking deliveries
