Before you contact us, please try to have as much information about the racking as you can. This should include the height depth and quantity of upright frames (and the duty if known), the length, load capacity and quantity of horizontal beams and the manufacturer of your racking (eg. Dexion, Link 51, Apex, Redirack, Mecalux etc) . We would also like a few clear photos of the racking that will show us its condition and so we can identify the make if you aren’t sure of it.

If you aren’t able to take down the racking yourself, we can deduct this cost from the price we would pay. Our fully qualified installation teams can drop the racking quickly and make sure that it is stacked and banded correctly, ready for loading onto a vehicle.
Lastly, we can arrange for our haulage supplier to collect your racking and deliver it to our warehouse if required.
